1. How can REALTORS® use online videos to promote their value to consumers and enhance their listing presentation? Online video is now a major part of our Web experience. Today more than 146 million Americans view online videos.

 

1. The YouTube phenomenon has played a major role in the online videos we see today.  You can use videos to create an Agent Videos or create Listing Videos. HAR has developed a tool which allows HAR members to upload and share videos of themselves, their firm, and their listing with consumers on HAR.com. The member videos will add value by providing agents with an opportunity to market themselves beyond just a static image and bio – allowing agents to engage their customers in a new way. The listing videos provide consumers the opportunity to capture a more in-depth view of the property that still photos simply can’t provide.

You can get the actual link and embedded code for the video, just in case you want to place the code in FaceBook, Twitter or other Social Medias.
